I think that this should make the DC because you rarely find a model that is applicable to almost any type of map. This would be really useful for RPGs, and I can't even imagine the extensive amount of possibilities in which one could use this! EXCELLENT!

The 'upgrade thing' works the same way human tower upgrades work.
You need separate buildings with the same model and required animation names set to
Upgrade First
Upgrade Second
Upgrade Third
Upgrade Fourth
Upgrade Fifth
Upgrade Sixth

well, look at Town hall and other buildings that upgrade. You'll find they have different animations. So you just have to set the animation you want (Like Upgrade First) as the building's default animation...

All the animations are included in the model.

Take a look at the regular human town hall building and it's upgraded versions in the world editor and see how the "required animation names" fields are used
