(2) Mercenary Retreat

Hello Hiveworkshop,

as old maps are not allowed in the 1v1 melee map contest..... I have to upload it the regular way ;)
The special feature of this map, apart from begin hopefully good-looking and balanced, is the fact that it contains 4 merc camps of 3 different types. So the two central camps are intentionally different from each other.
More detailed features:
-Lordaeron summer tileset + one semigrass tile (not sure about english term) from sunken ruins. A few largely gameplay-irrelevant forests parts are affected by blight.
-8 green camps, 12 brown camps, 4 red camps.
-4 gold mines (in additiion to starting locations), 4 mercenary camps (see above), 2 shops, 2 laboratories, 1 tavern.
As always, any feedback would be greatly appreciated :)

- The terrain looks nice it could be cleaned up in places, and neutral buildings seem to be placed well accept for the mercenary camps, I wouldn't put them close together like that since people can purchase the higher level creep from the bottom one...

I would separate those farther apart. Also, there are 4 mercenary camps on your map, I would just leave it at 2 instead.
- The shape of the map is nice its just too simple, maybe add more doodads or stuff like that to bring it to life, maybe some tall grass or something.

Thanks! Having several and different mercenary camps is the basic concept I wanted to apply to a map. Nevertheless you are right that I could and should put the middle camps further apart from each other.
-About the terrain, at some point I usually lose my patience to add further doodads ;)
