Do you know by any means what text encoding does blizzard use when storing textual files inside mpq archives? I mean like the .wtc and mainly map's war3script.j? I mean, is it UTF-8, 16, 32, some esoteric ISO shit? Because it can properly read and print stuff like chinese characters, even in Jass code, and so if I want to properly load it, I should use the same encoding to get the best results, and while I could check with some esoteric chars, it is easier to ask someone who may know(since Im not that good with encoding).
