For those wondering:
I've just begun work on The Damage Trials - a mini-game style map akin to the famous Uther Party.
Game modes are categorised under: Strategy + Planning, Reaction Time, Skill + Tactics, Movement + Efficiency, Co-ordination and Team Work.
Strategy will involve mini tower defences among many other things. Reaction time are your typical dodge things, or press abilities in a limited time frame etc. Skill + Tactics will be orientated around prioritisation of multiple objectives. Movement and Efficiency are race-based minigames and lastly: the thing that will make this game unique, the Co-ordination and Team Work based game modes will assign players to random teams of varying sizes (depending on the game) and they will have to work together to defeat the enemy team in order to earn their points.
I've got a lot of games in mind, and when I get going with this, I'll post a topic in the Map Dev forum for all these things to be laid clear to everyone.
