1717988727 is the OrderID of the building. If you order a wisp to build a Moon Well, the OrderID that gets passed is 1717988727. To catch any OrderID, use this trigger:

NB: this doesn't work with Haunted Gold Mine, sadly. I'm haven't found a workaround. Maybe a unit target order, dunno.
270.0 is the angle of the unit being created. Since it's a building, and the default facing angle of buildings are 270 degrees, I just set it to that value. Doesn't matter though, this value is technically irrelevant for buildings.
'BTLF' is the code for Generic expiration timer. 10.0 is how long that expiration timer takes.
