Dude, the hunger system wasn't irritating, it was just making everything a bit more challenging, albeit without being "extreme". And you also liked to make the campaign as challenging as possible as well, as far as I'm aware? Who cares about noobs, this game is a game that is being learned by failing, you said? You just had to make strategies like an economist while playing, which made everything feel even more awesome, plus it brought even an another reason to use your other amazing feature "give up". Give up function is only for getting the recipe items, now.
The hunger system itself was amazing, and no, it was actually realistic as well. Brought more of an air of realism than other average RPGs, that's for sure. Now that the hunger system is gone, the only strategy left in the game is the tactics that you develop while fighting bosses. Which is nothing special. Okay, not telling that your campaign is nothing special nor downgraded to average RPGs, but I'm telling you, removing that system made a horrible step on downgrading The Chosen Ones to your average grindy boring RPGs posted in hiveworkshop. Believe me.
You had even installed quick-eat button for characters in other tab, which made everything easier and awesomer as well.
Which maps/campaigns in hiveworkshop don't have a food system implemented in? Every RPG in hiveworkshop doesn't have! But, yours was the unique one, the only one which did have that feature, and now it's gone as well. All RPG's were just recycled copies of each other and your's weren't, dude. That system was the thing which set The Chosen Ones apart from any other. It was the number 1 thing which made The Chosen Ones arguably the best RPG of hiveworkshop.
