I must admit that it's quite different than WE, for ex. the doodad tint is not in the Object Editor (Data Editor in sc2) anymore but right at a click away. Making an object in Data Editor is awkward and a pain in the ass compared to WC3's Object Editor. Then there's the light editor that you can adjust the environment light, specular, emissive and so on. The water properties is also vastly different, you can set the reflective, occlusive and specular power of it. Oh and each texture set a.k.a e.g Lords Summer, Northrend.... have their own skies, not that good IMO though. I would tell you more but I've barely scratched the surface, I will still keep terraining in WE of course, my heart is with WC3 4ever :3
