Because the thread creator is probably gone, and the subject has long died. Anyway, if you can revive threads or not may depend on the subject. Stickies may be bumped at any time, though, at least that was the rule at wc3search.I tried to search and read rules but I didn't find the reason why reviving a thread is bad. So why is it?
