New anime avatars are now available!

Some months ago Bob27 developed a powerful forum avatar selection system for our Hive.

Since that time however, no new avatars have been added. New anime and Starcraft categories have now been included to provide our users with a wider variety of avatar choices!

Everyone is encouraged to comment on the new avatars and also to post hyperlinks to other forum avatars that they think should be included. Enjoy!

What about adding SC2 Avatars

Why dont we have Starcraft2 avatars in the UserCp? i don't know (ask a admin)
Well i put together a SC2 Avatar pack:grin: (i know they dont move:roll: working on that). So if a Admin(Or ralle) wants to add them i attached it(the zipped pack of avatars) or upload them yourselves.


(if you like the idea plese +rep me i spent five hours on this)

I have downloaded the avatars and will include then in The Hive Workshop's avatar browser. However, some of the images are greater than 100x100 in size: those will not be included.

Yes Five hours
I tryed downloading the .swf files and converitng them into .gif
but bilzzard made them with one fraim
so i just use screen capture

@Archian i do respect your choice i am woring on getting anamated avaters (.gif files) asap

also will this make the news?
will i have my name there?

also if anyone wants me to make some more packs on the topic you want(that fist within the hives rules) pm me

The Starcraft category was added Tuesday, including those that Archian contributed in addition to 25 others that I tracked down elsewhere on the net.

I have also included some of your contributions in the anime category NearbyHermit, although most of them are greater than 100x100 pixels (as are those DesKaladA found).
 
The new avatars are cool but is mario/lugi really anime?! Congrats onthe other avatars thoguh nice job :)
 
Most Anime Forums get Bleach Etc. Avatars from photobucket
Because people been saying they want an ichigo one :thumbs_up:

Some of the file sizes are indeed rather large. However, Ralle approved them all, including those contributed by Archian, all of which are far larger.

I simply named the category as a catch-all for anything that's (generally) anime/cartoon-ish/non-Warcraft.

Many of those you contributed have been added to the selector, some in the Anime category, some in a new category titled Miscellaneous

Those greater than 100x100 pixels did not make the cut...

[rainbow]Hyperlinks, not attachments.[/rainbow] Most of the extraneous attachments have been removed from this thread. The Chieftain and I decided that they will no longer be permitted in the Latest Updates and News forum. Please link to images using the vBulletin [img][/img] tags. Thanks.
