Shrine of the Deathwalker

This is probably the most advanced model I've ever made (not saying that it is very advanced in general). I made the model for Modelling Contest #13. Mesh and animations are all made by my hand (the Hand of Fail). It's originally a model for my Deathwalker campaign but I don't mind if others use it aswell.

Please give credits if you use it and don't edit it. Thanks

shamanyouranus: Much better! Looks way better now. Clever use of that alpha to make a teamcolored stripe. Good work on this very nice model.

Cool model. You should make a Deathwalker model to go with it. Then it would be very cool.

This model is for my campaign: Deathwalker - Rise of the Legend. The legend in this case is The Deathwalker so it's pretty much about how The Deathwalker returns to the world. And The Deathwalker is just a burning skeleton at the moment.

If you are reffering to the keyword "phail" in almost all of my models, I have them there because it's fun. And if I want to show them to friends or such I can tell them to make a search on the word "phail", instead of having to write down Thrikodius for them on a note. People seem to have difficulties with remembering that name.

That's why I didnt want to use GreatHall.blp or Catapult.blp. They didn't have a good alpha channel on the side of the bone.
 
this is quite the model! It works very well with the demon Race models!
[PROS]
- Very great and enjoyable for all demon/draini fans
- Nice touch on the lava(?) pit in the middle
- Horn things look even and quite demonic
- Orange gives a good effect on the epicness of the model
- Animations are amazing

[CONS]
- The Skull at the end looks to be off to the left a tad.

Fix up the skull and it will look more amazing.
It might possibly look cool with some chains along the back horns

See?, that's the spirit, what is the use of a cool model in a map, if it doesnt have a custom icon? i just dont like how it looks with the skull of guldan, but i dint say the model was bad, in fact it was great, just incomplete in my opinion.
 
Well if you still update this thing, do: (optional, just for visual) The skull can be moving, to make it look sinister, the... place below the skull could use a fire emitter, to make it look like hell
