Sea of Chaos - SPRPG map

Hello Everyone,

I want to introduce you my project called Sea of Chaos. It's a SPRPG map in Forgotten Realms world.

Features:

• New Inventory system
• New Spells, Sounds, Music, Models,
• Huge Map
• Lots of NPC, Monsters, Bosses
• Nice enviroment (Forest, Prison, Dungeons, Castle, Arenas, Underground, etc.) and secret places
• more than 20 subquests
• Good Story
• Special Events (Riddles, Battles in tavern, Drinking Battle, Secret places etc.)
• Main character comments

Story

After many years a half-elf Melsana Vel'Dyr comes to her native village of Westbridge to visit her adoptive father Sorgan and tell him about her strange visions.

But ruler of Westbridge Ghaliver Longstocking has been poisoned and her father is in prison. Melsana believe that her father is innocent and she wants to find the true and a traitor, but strange things happened in village, some people are missed and someone attacked the caravans. Villagers saw some groups of orcs and bandits.

Half-elf soon discover that the net of these events will not be easy to untangle and see what is actually happening will require all her skills and experience.

Melsana Vel'Dyr - Main character

Melsana

Melsana is charismatic young half-elf, whose parents were killed in combat against drows. Her father was a human, wise wizard who loves elves. Her mother was an elven cleric. After their death, Sorgan, their best friend was fleeing with Melsana to his native village, Westbridge.

In adulthood Melsana is feeling the emptiness and is eager to see the world and she is looking for an adventure. While wandering around Faerun, she found the Knights of Mystical Fire and she is welcomed among themselves.

In Order she generally was allowed to hunt demons and undead. Thanks to these experiences, she has become a great fighter with the abilities of cleric.
Melsana found a lot of faith in the Mystra,godess of magic, which gave her favor and Melsana's inner strength was increased.

50% of map is done and I started working on it five months ago, so I need next five months to finish it.
It's a single player so it doesn't need save/load system.

what if we need to quit during the game? when we load it by regular game options, will everything be fine?
(like models, triggers etc.)

Two new screenshots - Battle againts Ogres. You fight side by side with legendary heroes of Companions of the Hall (Drizzt Do'Urden, Cattie-Brie, Bruenor Battlehammer, Wulfgar and Regis). I want to create gameplay video with this battle and one quest after this battle, but I need some time for it.

This looks very good. Im surprised to be seeing Orcs in the underdark and Drow on the surface. I noticed you created your own class between a Paladin and a Cleric, maybe add some more detail on the decription of that? The outdoor terrain looks great and I like how you put together the indoor areas.

I hope to be seeing more on this soon

Very nice selection of ground tiles. Too bad this stuff takes so much space that its almost impossible to use a good selection of custom tiles in multi

but you should use a custom sheep and pig model because atm in my opinion, they dont fit very well with the horse.

Yes, it's from Forgotten Realms (Faerun). I love this world and I played games like Baldur's Gate and Icewindale in my childhood.

Okay...so there's Gaia's Retalation, there's Everwood ORPG, SotP, Astral I and II...multiplayer, or single player, is irrelevant, but the attention to detail and well executed spells, combined with incredible music / atmosphere in an impecable environment present in this "Sea of Chaos" ...I...I'm speechless...

I remember seeing this a while back, strange I haven't commentated.

I LOVE pretty much everything you've done. The terrain, characters, spells, etc as it looks quite polished. It realy comes out as a neat, enjoyable expirience of playing this map.
I'm going to watch the prologue now.

Yes, it's from Forgotten Realms (Faerun). I love this world and I played games like Baldur's Gate and Icewindale in my childhood.

Hahah. I also play Baldur's Gate 2...I'm playing it now (The gog.com versions of Baldur's gate 2 and Icewind Dale 2)
Haven't finished BG2 yet...but it's pretty nice...I'm in the part where I accept a deal with the shadow thieves.
BTW: Do you read novels in FR? I read a lot of them, and have like a collection of more than 200 books (excluding the corebooks in DnD). I love FR...but I haven't read some of them yet...most of my collection were given by my friends.
