67chrome: Skins need to have 75% freehand content to be approved. This has 0. If you need help with skinning check out the tutorials, and reading the skin submission rules could help you know what to shoot for when creating a skin as well.

You know seanlou, Hive Workshop has it's rules, and especially resource submitting rules. I don't know how you missed it, but when you want to upload a resource, in this case a skin, above the "Upload" button, there are rules, you know. Try to read those rules, think about what you've done and decide what to do next. What I would do in your situation, I would just delete this skin, why? Because it's a simple recolor, or a color manipulation, call it whatever you want. Those kind of works are not welcome in the skins database. Yes, you're allowed to have recolored parts, only if they cover 25% of the skin, 75% of the skin must be completely freehand, made by you using brush, not filters. Also, if you want to learn how to make skins, study some 2D art tutorials (links in my signature).

The Zergling has recieved love! Thank the gods!
But really, this skin is recolored. On the Hive, we don't want recolors because they are very simple to make and provide little more variation than color tinting with the editor. To make an acceptable skin, it needs to be mostly hand-drawn by yourself. You can visit the tutorial section to see how to do so.
Good luck, however, and I hope you turn out well.
