I think the shield and hammer are a bit too light. For the shield you could use some undead texture, while for the hammer you could use that black orc hammer.
It's called playing to stereotypes. Scots aren't always drunk... oh wait the Dwarves.
A really good model but like the others said a better texture for the shield and hammer would make him fit in more with an undead temple or ancient ruin.
pretty simple but useful;
the team-colored shoulderpad is still there when death animation occurs, try Re-Mapping the shield to remove that black thingy, shield goes in him when Stand Victory
You should really update the screenshot, because it looks much better now.
The birth anim doesn't look right...at first hammer is on ground and suddenly in his hand.Can you make it that way so he pulls it from his back?
good example:check the death anim
hmm.. there's some hair and a set of horns floating in the air when the skeleton dies, (probably from other skeleton mesh) disappearing soon.. but not soon enough.. could you make them disappear right as the anim starts? aka first frame
same thing with one of the hammers in birth anim, appears on the first frame but is then hidden..
also, you should change model's name and internal name to 'viking skeleton' or so..
and lastly, the background blinks a bit in some portrait animations
Nice hair.You should really remove the hair on the forehead...1.looks bad;2.frontal hair falls off first after death
Maybe you should make it longer too
