You are incorrect. Recolor is a process that swaps/changes colors of a given color/s.
CnP - Copy n (and) paste, is a process where you copy certain parts of another image and paste it/transfer to a new image using special tools (Gimp, Photoshop..).

Even if this was a skin for tiny model it would't have any difference. It violates site's rules. There is no need for this skin when you have blue eredar texture in-game.
