Featherless Hippogryph

Never in another million year I would think of making a hippogryph that is also related to the booba lady aka Tongueless Archer which btw updated for the sake of this burb.

Here we have a very Shido texture, not going to lie it makes me a little uncomfortable looking at it, but that's intentional so let's see what we've got:

The Good:
Thematically I don't think anyone has made an Undead Hippogryph yet, and this is definitely very unique in it's concept, as it's not just an Undead Hippogryph but a hippogryph with all it's skin removed: very freaky.
So the concept has been pulled off very well and we have some great details here such as the eyes in the wings and antlers.
The bone texture has been done very well, it looks like bone and the subtle reddening on some parts is a very nice touch so overall the bone texture has been done really when I look at parts like the ribs and legs and wings.
TC is included which is almost always a plus in my book.
We have some more details such as the veins and fleshy parts which add to the overall look. Of course we also have the fact that this texture integrates with the archer version.
We also have some good shading and highlighting in a lot of areas which is good. I think the wings are definitely the stand out area when looking at the texture, it's what draws my eyes.

Areas for Improvement:
I think the TC has been implemented really well on the wings but I'm not sure about the neck TC, as when wrapped on the model it looks like three bars of strong TC; maybe I'm being nitpicky but I think it could be done better.
The claws good use some darker shading imo since they hang below the rest of the body, the rest of the beast would block out more of the light falling there.
I know the model has it's limitations but I feel like you could redraw the beak area to make it better/more interesting. In deed there's a few areas here and there that I think need just a bit more detail or need to be made a bit more interesting, the arms and back of the legs being another area that comes to mind.

Conclusion:
Overall a very creepy skin that fulfills the theme with some great bits of texturing. You've really developed in terms of material work which is great to see, I've noticed your metal now looks like metal, bone looks like bone etc. Approved!
