You just have to cut it off, remove the anims and move it to the right position, do you need a good tutorial for that?

i already have removed all things (but not the sword ^^) but i don't know witch texture is for the sword and i don't know how to remove the animations. so it will be good if you can pst a toturial.

For removing anims, check this tutorial:

mnib, I can't make armors, but I recommend you to make a skin for the villager, or request it.

Info: Ingame textures only im in a hassle for space right now ^^ i need lots more models and not muc space left ^^

I need a nice set of right handed shields... because many at the moment are left handed and the villagermale model attacks with his left hand so ye.... Some basic wood and iron ones ^^ maybe base some on some warcraft 3 icons ^^ and make 1 or 2 really awesome looking ones ^^
