Ideas & A bit more bugs
You know you could just remove the flight turning system, just make it like a holding pattern only thing. Not for bombing.
It maybe a good idea to make the plantations a building. Not a unit. I find it hard to reselect my workers after they build the plantations.
The Prisoner system is nice. I like it. But my question is. What do the camps do? Bring income or something?
How can Mounted Machine gunners hit the paradrop planes? I thought that they're only interceptable by aircraft.
The Airbase's menu is too packed. When i make something else (As USA) I lose the ability to make F-22s.
Is it possible to move the power plants to the civilian builders menu, It'd only make sense, since the civilians need power too, and the normal builders have too much on their hands with radars, SAMs, and troop production buildings.
Could it be possible that tanks and other frontline unit could capture cities (Basically anything but the Planes (Excluding choppers), Artillery units, Naval units, and "Secret base" units.)
I have found that choppers dont get up when landed. And they start landed (as they should). And its rather irritating while travelling over sea.
Nice attacks with the MLRS though. I like that.
Whould it be possible for the paradrop plane to carry other units. And be able to convert them on the plane (With supplies on the plane and such and abilities on the plane like "Drop Anti-Armor squad" and "Drop engineering squad")

EDIT 2: Hey I am testing 14.0 now and i like it, But i have noticed a few things.
1. MLRS attacks splash on Air units?
2. Helicopters stuck in a landing position and considered a ground unit?
3. Spot on with the artillery bit i made. But, No attached mortar team or other units? (I think a civilian would look the best on it.)(Projeciles for each mode look PERFECT!!!)
4. Helicopters can be hit with Howitzers?
5. No extra damage to infantry when using fragmentation mode on howitzers? (Either a proportion or a tooltip bug)
6. Civilian builder should not have Medium armor, and APC units shouldn't have heavy armor, They are meant to be damaged more by fragmentation, (but then again this maybe not realistic.)(either a proportion or a tooltip bug)
7. Medium armor doesn't take extra damage from fragmentation. (Eithers a proportion or a tooltip bug)
8. The Artillery and Supply items in the airbase are considered units? and when train they yield nothing.
9. Bombing runs should be interuptable.
10. Heavy Armor reduces Explosive damage (either a proportion or a tooltip bug)
11. Pilots do explosive damage? Since where did they have explosive charges that do 1 damage? Lol.
SUGGESTIONS:
Give Howitzers an AoE where their attack could land (Like the MLRS's Inaccuracy, except with an attack.)
Make a medical unit? (Use a hospital as a tech tree requirement?)
Attach a unit as an effect to the howitzer? (It kinda looks loney by itself.)
Is it possible to make the helicopter have a minigun attack? or does the original attack count as that?
Fix the Artillery and Supply issue in the airport?
Unclutter the airport menu?
Give the ability to drop off howitzer instead of artillery? On a paradrop plane of course.
Make the paradrop plane be able to drop different kinds of divisions at the cost of additional mana?
Make the Air to ground missiles a second attack on the fighters?
Have the Infantry Divisions auto deploy on attack?
Make the MLRS attack automated with a triggered attack like the bombers? (I am referring to version 11.0's bombers.)
COMMENTS
Overall a good map, very detailed with good models and good effort put into it, Even though its unprotected, I would never touch this map. It sould be a classic, And i believe it should replace DotA, but not as hated as DotA.
