I'm not a selfish person. Since Blizzard extended the max filesize limit to 8mb, map is no longer protected. You can modify this map as you wish, or use the systems included on this map on a map of yours, but dont forget to give me credits for all systems, and read the comment file explaining the rules of how to edit/republish this map. If you want to play with AI, dont use more than 2 computer players or game will lag like hell (Blame wc3 engine!). That happens because this map has epic battles with hundreds of units on each side, and when an AI orders too many units to advance/move/retreat, game lags, and theres no way to fix it. But I can assure you: If you play on solo against 2 computer players, the game is still funny and can last very long.

dude, your map is the best ww3 ever. but you gotta admit, mine does come in second, but yours is a lot better... 10/10 for you. if you compare mine to yours, i need to ploish upthings and make it look better a loooooot. and btw, whered you get illidans models from? and im sure you wouldn't help me on ym ww3, but id figured id ask...will you help me?

i Love the game but no one hosts it and if i do not many people join great game though the roads all black could be changed and artilery could be nerfed but other then that great game best of luck on the updates

brayden430, on the 9.0 you can expect a little terrain improvement, and some new units, including the Patton and Challenger Tanks, and Mi-28 Helicopter.
Maybe the Dassault 3000 will be avaliable.


EDIT: Sorry, I couldnt add Patton, Challenger, Mi-28 and Mirage 3000 =/
But I have added thousand new thigs.

About this game.

Alright, About this game, i believe that the 10.X updates have ruined it, and why do the tanks have so much HP now? And why is the damage reduced?
Why not just increase every thing's life/dmg/armor scale by a factor of 10, It would give the game an epic feel too.

I believe that the Food resources have added a limitation to the players, and not in a very good feeling either, it just feels too micro-ish.

I've noticed that most of the players dont even know how to counter nuclear attacks! Or even if they do, Dont even know where to get AABs or AAMBs for defenses.

Nuclear attacks seem to have gotten easier to pull off, since....
Although it costs 75% more to make it, players seem to spam it alot
There is too little of a cool down between nukes.
You should bring back the "Cost per nuke" Iedaology to prevent massing.

Aircraft should have a wide turning system. It sould make bombing look more realistc then whats going on now. And it would also delay the time between bombings, Giving a chance to defend agaist air raids and the same should go for fighters (so they pass each other and make it look like a real dog fight)

Aircraft should start out landed, and not just float up in the air, they should have like a take off movement, if they're landed it prevents a player from losing the planes, and it gives a sense of realism.

The Helicopters should have a backup rocket attack for buildings, tanks, and other mechanical units. It shouldn't be that when you shoot a tank with a gatling that it spontaniously blows up.

I recommend removing the food system. And the shotty movement of bombers after dropping a bomb.

Hey! I really like the map but, and i'm trying not to be rude, your western european geographical knowledge is disgusting :/. I didn't understand how you'd set it out at all so you might wanna redo it, otherwise this map is excellent and I hope to see later versions of it.

Good Game, But it can be better

Forgive my idea for a wide turning system. It was a mistake. its makes the bombers with it hard to manuver while bombing. Thus reducing accuracy.

I like the M270 MLRS, very good addition. But maybe it could have a tiggered bombardment attack? Maybe with different types of rockets? I do have a list of possible candidates, but make it so it is only changable at an allyed vehicile factory. This projectile setting could apply to Howitzers as well (the M109 has Frag, Napalm, And HE rounds. in real life.)

(Napalm, Nothing to buildings, but it gives infantry units the smell of burning flesh.
Fragmentation, Little damage to buildings, Wipe spread damage to infantry and light vehiciles.
High Explosive, High damage to everything, Little AoE.)

Now why can the nuclear silo regenerate mana? Its seem that massing can still go on.

Fix the mortar teams in the outposts. They launch missiles, and are non-selectable, that those missile kills buildings in one shot. they have a range of about 5000.

Perhaps you can make the MLRS have like an attack cooldown period, where it can build up the amount of rockets it can launch. like after the attack is done it have to cool down but it can still launch an X amount of missiles, but its under the maximum amount of missiles.

Otherwise a really good map. 4/5

I will re-take a look on the triggers. Thanks for reporting.

I will do the MLRS thing. (It will be hard to doind to it to all other MLRS, but I will try)

EDIT: And the Howitzer thing too. Nice idea!

Is there even any thing that you could do to destroy nukes?

1) I couldn't figure out anything about making nuke-defenses
2) Aircraft obviously can't defend against nukes
3) Maybe I missed something important?

Also, I found the Communist missle artillery to be overpowered.

Right now, this map is horrible ( for me anyways ); the older maps were extremely fun to play. But this one...

P.S. I would like it to see any of you prove me wrong, thank you.

Ideas & A bit more bugs

You know you could just remove the flight turning system, just make it like a holding pattern only thing. Not for bombing.

It maybe a good idea to make the plantations a building. Not a unit. I find it hard to reselect my workers after they build the plantations.

The Prisoner system is nice. I like it. But my question is. What do the camps do? Bring income or something?

How can Mounted Machine gunners hit the paradrop planes? I thought that they're only interceptable by aircraft.

The Airbase's menu is too packed. When i make something else (As USA) I lose the ability to make F-22s.

Is it possible to move the power plants to the civilian builders menu, It'd only make sense, since the civilians need power too, and the normal builders have too much on their hands with radars, SAMs, and troop production buildings.

Could it be possible that tanks and other frontline unit could capture cities (Basically anything but the Planes (Excluding choppers), Artillery units, Naval units, and "Secret base" units.)

I have found that choppers dont get up when landed. And they start landed (as they should). And its rather irritating while travelling over sea.

Nice attacks with the MLRS though. I like that.

Whould it be possible for the paradrop plane to carry other units. And be able to convert them on the plane (With supplies on the plane and such and abilities on the plane like "Drop Anti-Armor squad" and "Drop engineering squad")

Thats about it. If i find anything else major ill post another comment.

EDIT 2: Hey I am testing 14.0 now and i like it, But i have noticed a few things.
1. MLRS attacks splash on Air units?
2. Helicopters stuck in a landing position and considered a ground unit?
3. Spot on with the artillery bit i made. But, No attached mortar team or other units? (I think a civilian would look the best on it.)(Projeciles for each mode look PERFECT!!!)
4. Helicopters can be hit with Howitzers?
5. No extra damage to infantry when using fragmentation mode on howitzers? (Either a proportion or a tooltip bug)
6. Civilian builder should not have Medium armor, and APC units shouldn't have heavy armor, They are meant to be damaged more by fragmentation, (but then again this maybe not realistic.)(either a proportion or a tooltip bug)
7. Medium armor doesn't take extra damage from fragmentation. (Eithers a proportion or a tooltip bug)
8. The Artillery and Supply items in the airbase are considered units? and when train they yield nothing.
9. Bombing runs should be interuptable.
10. Heavy Armor reduces Explosive damage (either a proportion or a tooltip bug)
11. Pilots do explosive damage? Since where did they have explosive charges that do 1 damage? Lol.
SUGGESTIONS:

Give Howitzers an AoE where their attack could land (Like the MLRS's Inaccuracy, except with an attack.)
Make a medical unit? (Use a hospital as a tech tree requirement?)
Attach a unit as an effect to the howitzer? (It kinda looks loney by itself.)
Is it possible to make the helicopter have a minigun attack? or does the original attack count as that?
Fix the Artillery and Supply issue in the airport?
Unclutter the airport menu?
Give the ability to drop off howitzer instead of artillery? On a paradrop plane of course.
Make the paradrop plane be able to drop different kinds of divisions at the cost of additional mana?
Make the Air to ground missiles a second attack on the fighters?
Have the Infantry Divisions auto deploy on attack?
Make the MLRS attack automated with a triggered attack like the bombers? (I am referring to version 11.0's bombers.)


COMMENTS

Overall a good map, very detailed with good models and good effort put into it, Even though its unprotected, I would never touch this map. It sould be a classic, And i believe it should replace DotA, but not as hated as DotA.

Great map, only thing I'd like to complain about is Western Europe, it looks disgusting. Francer was merged with the UK and the UK is an island, if you redo that it'd look alot better.

Is he did that then there is no way for getting his builders to the main land without building a shipyard, unless he uses a city. but then he wouldn't be able to guard his capital well without being able to reach it with his troops.

HUGE BUG: When you upgrade the tank's HP, their HP goes into the 2000-5000 range! Fix immediately!!!

Alright, You know how people dont use howitzers what so ever? Well, they should be more mobile, so they can be airdropped and carried by boats.
This mobility should make them more useful, Sort of the shock trooper of the artillery pieces. And thanks for implementing my idea.
(the Fragmentation, HE, and Napalm modes, Now you just have the fix the Weapon type <-> Armor type thing, then it'll be VERY useful.)
But the Towed howitzer should be more useful, IT should be able to be Airdropped (since this map is focused around realistic combat, and the Towed Howitzer can be airdropped in real life), Instead of stationary artillery, So you can remove that stationary artillery from the airbase, It just clogs up the Airbase menu. And when you buy it it does nothing. And same with the "supplyments", Its does nothing when you buy it.

ok i have a few concerns:
-decrease building hit points.
-slightly boost income of all nations, so the battle is faster.
-why the heck is the b2 bomber 5000?, lol i kno it costs 2 billion in real life.
-fighters like f-22s and su-47 cost 1000 O_O!!

That means Russia's Stuff with be dirt cheap, you'll have to make some REAL balancing near version also, Migs will only cost 50 credits. and making 1 billion dollars a month. Wow. Strange, Yet it will be a very exciting addition.

Well, I said its gonna be 1 million per 1 gold, but after chating with DiscoHydra and Foammy, I decided to male 1 million per 10 gold.

Well, sorry, even if I squish your flag textures to a mediocre resolution, that still were gonna weight like 1500kb, so, I decided to make a flag of my own used a human banner on the mpq with team color and use the same for all players. Sorry.

MAXIMUM it will join china
and for Asia...
We always had problems in the west side of the black see with the chechens
for us Iran , Iraq , What ever - stans and chechens are all one group
