This bundle is marked as useful / simple. Simplicity is bliss, low effort and/or may contain minor bugs.
Modern Warfare map
You can ally in game, (teams don't matter)

*tip be careful vs space units they have divine armor and chaos damage

*Carrier now cost 6000 gold and 3000 Lumber (1000 and -I think- 600 lumber before)
*Submarine now has an automatic attack underwater and can cast torpedo

*Added Relieve of Duty to all workers to remove them from the map.

UPDATE V0.2 (24/01/2010) (46-88 downloads)
*NEW TERRAIN, (hopefully big enough for all of u now -,-)
*New Building, Telsa Reactor (an improved Nuclear Reactor)
*Ally/unally commands added (-ally color -unally color)
*All players get 2 gold mines to start off and 2 gold mines near their base....

*Removed Blue Battleships in the middle of the ocean (i was testing something)

*Jets/planes are the same as before, (stronger than helicopters and more expensive) BUT now helicopters build faster but jets/planes are better.
*Added upgrade for buildings, adds armour and hp.
*every1 starts with a spy plane (i just forgot to mention this)

um if any1 knows how to change da image displayed here dat be great....cuz its not wut it looks right now
also how to make the updates hidden so u have to click dem to show

edit: ok so da image somehow fixed itself by wut i see, but still if any1 knows how to add the update hide button thing i just said
and add screenshots dat b great :D

To make a image preview, you need the image, if you don't have a image editing tool try GIMP or Paint.net both are free to download.

Step one, make sure the image you have is a 128x128 once you got that size save it AS A .TGA FILE

Step Two, open up World Editor and your map. Open Import Manager, import your image then rename the filepath to war3mapPreview.tga (the capital P does matter.)

Overall, a pretty nice map. I love war games of epic scale. I like it simple. The problem with many war games is that there's too much going on at once. Too many bases and micromanagement and very small units that are hard to see.

The sizes and amount of units in this map is just perfect. For an ally system, you may want to just simply implement MapperMalte's alliance system instead of going through the pains of manually making the triggers.

Edit: didn't notice u had ally triggers. You may want to add an notice after someone allies or unallies.

Action:
Display text to all players: Name of Triggering Player has allied Player 5!
Play Sound: Some kind of tone


Here's a few bugs to point out:

Submarine acts weird when it's submerged and you tell it to attack.
Submarine torpedo can only target organic units, making it impossible to hit other ships.

Some of the tooltips need fixing:
-upgrade to keep and castle
-townhalls don't have peasants for call to arms
-evoted Devoted Civilian, delete the evoted in front

A few other suggestions:
Maybe include some custom icons? It makes the units feel more modern. Griffin icon for aircraft doesn't look right >.<

thx i'll look into all dese things, i was aware bout the submarine attackin underwater bug but not da torperdo :)

and yea lol i was goin for a simple map dats easy to learn i think mine is simple enough,...i hope anyways thx again for all dese things

EDIT: o n btw ive seen ur map i downloaded it da otehr day but i hvnt got around to play it yet...it looks so sick man and the whole idea startin with "savages" i think i saw in da screenshots to nano age n stuff lol,i just got one thing to say...NICE!!
