The model is a VERY nice replica, but you really have to stop using pictures for textures.
Get photoshop and start painting.
If you have problems finding a colour scheme, just pick the colours from your reference image wih the eyedropper. Use low opacity on the pencil tool, and make sure to do deep shades and bright highlights. You can study other wow textures to see how they manage their light sources.
It's also quite useful to use some pencils from the "faux finish" brush set and speckle them on with a darker colour to give some texture.
