According to this article, Blizz is planning to convert all WoW accounts into B.net accounts that can be used not only for WoW, but for SC2 and D3. Thoughts?
I hope we don't have to pay for this.
Yes, they said in an interview(click) that SC2 and D3 will still be free but there will be pay type features(like, making removing the size limit of maps when hosting?).It doesn't say you have to pay for a Starcraft 2 or Diablo 3 account on its own however

More then likely, you can make a new account, and you can only play the games when you register them, and for WoW, you would have to pay for that, and its tied to your account, they won't have that for other Battle.net games, they won't do that, they won't make much money off of that, not very many will play.
Keeping it free for battle.net would be best, if blizzard starts that and it somewhat succeeds, that will be the start, and all other companies will start doing that. That my friend would be a bad thing and the beginning of the end of RTS online gaming.
And guys even if D3 and SC2 will cost ot play online... They will make it mainly SP too, they won't make it so you can only play online for a RTS and D3, thats just dumb.
