Working with Bribe's Knockback2d

So I've gotten Bribe's system to work just fine, been tinkering with it for almost a full day just seeing what I could tweak and it makes for some interesting fighting game play. What I am trying to change however is the knockback effect happening with any hit period.

Can anyone steer me in the right direction on how to make this trigger only have a percent chance of happening when hit?
