What kind of a Wizard let´s everyone just pass through?? It´s in the class description that they should not let anyone pass.
Are you sure this isn´t a priest or a cleric, those guys just let anyone pass.

Off_topic here but the orb on the staff might look better as a perfect circle and maybe additive or have a blue glow.

The hands and the face need some serious remodelling.
The animations, especially the spell and walk animation look way too stiff, maybe you can to do something more fluent.
