Kwaliti: Too simple to be approved as a model, and yet too small changes to the skin to be ready for approval as a skin.

the idea is very nice, though you could make this guy easily with ingame ressources. The acolyte robe could be made lighter blue with a geoset animation and the face could have been made from Arthas's head. I don't want to insult you or put your work down, but if you haven't edited the model (i could only see that the emitters have a different color) than you should only upload the skin in the Skin section. A model must contain a certain amount of changes.....

i think the robe could use being more silky, along with the hood, the skull-thingies on it could be replaced with some magical embroidery and i dunno if he would look even better holding a staff

This could be a lot better try a freehand skin and more changes to the model.

It looks good. I could see this whole model done with in-game textures. The model still strikes me as more of a necromancer or warlock rather than a wizard with the skulls on the robe, nice job with the particles.

it is cool, but can u replace that " skulls" with dalaran (runes,simbols) or something appear with dalaran mages ...

I think you can remove some skulls on his robe to some kind of human. It's better than the first. (Sorry, I know a little English)

It's a recolor of the original textures with some texture switch with the effects, anyone can do this with Magos' and photoshop.
It needs more work, for example, you could try to edit the robe's textures so that it looks different.

It's a model because he changed caster animation. 2/5 really though fix the skulls make him more unique or make skins.
