This is my edit on the WitchDoctor Model in Wc3

I Re-coloured the clothes and braces and i removed his staff.

Dont do simple recolors. Use a brush. Even if you might suck at it; with practice you can get better. Any further advice would come after that. You will need a proper art program if you dont allready have one.

I have all the ART Programs downloaded and installed.

I know it needs abit better shading when i am re-colouring so it gives it that more realistic effect.

Make it into something completey differant!
I would suggest making him Undead/Death Knightish/Night Elven?/Demon?
Any of those would be awesome if done correctly
Look at skins in-game for ideas

I wasn't talking about shading. I was talking about using brushes. No recoloring. Nada. Zip. Zilch. It is an evil bane upon the earth. Go look at the skin resource section. None of those are simple recolors because recolors aren't allowed.

Ok, I am working on it i just re-coloured it to a sorten colour and now i am toning and brushing the colours to create a more undeadish theme.

The key to model editing is to make something into what is was not, me saying this still looks like a odd coloured witch doctor with weapons removed.


I really suggest you do alot more like anim swap and such and actually edit the model instead of just deleting bits and pieces.

I'm thinking off changing his legs to bones and re-colour brush over him. To give it that rotting zombie effect. I'm taken my time doing this when i finish the bones i'll post the update pics.
