I've been trying to edit a skin used by a custom model.

The steps I have been taking include:

1) Converting the skin to TGA with Wc3 Image Extractor II

2) Using GIMP to edit the skin how I want it to look.

3) Converting the skin back to a .blp with Wc3 Image Extractor II

4) Loading it in game. *The skin was saved exactly under the same name, and I tried to import it with the same paths*

However after doing all of these steps the model was completely invisible in the editor and in-game.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I was getting no error messages, the model's "New" skin just wasn't showing up in game.

And sorry I can't upload it. The model is from one of my original Wc3 RPG maps, and it's a WoW model, though the fact it is a WoW model may be the source of why the editted skin doesn't work.
