Basically, I have an old XP laptop (don't bother asking why). It was fixed about a month ago to handle booting issue. Now that I start to use it again, I found out one major issue : the option to use wireless network isn't there.

Anyone can help with the situation?

You can check in Device Manager (in control panel) if you can see it. Even without a driver it should appear as either the wrong driver or as a device without driver. You might need to check "show all devices" and make sure the reveal hidden devices (can require command line).

If installing the drivers does not help then maybe there is a loose connection with the hardware.

Well, you could look in device manager, find the Device (May be called network controller if the drivers are not installed) go into the device properties, and then Under 'Details' tab there should be a Hardware ID option from the dropdown box.

Google the hardware ID's to help find the drivers from the actual manufacturer of the Card. Usually ODM's (Axioo in your case) make their own drivers for their systems. If you can't find drivers from them, you could try going to the manufacturer's website (IE Intel) and find the drivers there.

If the card isn't in the Device Manager at all then The wireless card itself may be bad.
