Grown tired of making attachments for an ugly villager model so I've decided to make an RPG model of my own with attachment points for Chest, Shoulders, Helmets, Weapons and Shields. This is the heavy version so he will already be equipped with plate boots, legs, gloves and arm plates (all those points that are tricky to make attachments for). I plan to make a medium armored version later and a light armored version.

I need to hear what I need to improve so please give as much constructive feedback as possible. I'm not a big shot in making skins but I don't expect this to be too awesome, just something to replace the ugly villager model.

Here is how he looks so far v.0.0

He now have a new pair of boots make him able to move his feet and toes. Also he had surgery to move his elbow to it's right place. v.0.1

The elbows should be on the back of his arms, not the side :v Also, his boots are ridiculous. Greaves usually have some sort of articulation to allow the wearer to move his or her feet. On the other hand, I suggest you give him leather boots, over which you can later add plates, similar to how you have pieces of armor on his arms.

I suggest you to let someone more skilled than you to texture it, since so far the texture does not look that great, no offense intended. I just believe that by having a good texture, this model can become infinitely more useful.
Also, how are you planning to make a portrait? I suggest a built-in portrait using the Camera editor and animations with the names "Portrait" and "Portrait Talk'(at least 2 of each) so that head attachments will show up in-game(at least, I think they will).

I think yours is enough it's decent and this isn't required to be the most HQ thing ever because right now from these wips it looks pretty awesome and would be a good model to have in any map.
