Need tips for chest attachment

So Im working on a chest attachment. It is a breast plate for the village model.
I need tips on how to improve it as I am not fully satisfied with it :O

I think it's fine, actually. You may try a body armor though, if it feels too plain for you.

It is a nice frontplate, but it might need a backplate. I love the attachement though.

Nice, looks like Kitabake's attachments. Did you try adding an armor piece for the back? Perhaps also add some chains or ropes or something connecting the shoulder-pads to the chestpiece.

Chains and ropes is a good idea I was thinking of that as well
I might add a part for the back but I think I will add a cape instead

you could make the cape separately. you can always use 2 events in the trigger so it would attach the chestmail and the cape. so there would be an option not to have cape. but thats just my opinion.

true well I might make a little backplate and make the cape as a different attachment

I only use in-game textures for this and you don't need better than this since the distance does the same to it no matter what you use. These textures will look better in-game ;P

Honestly I don't like it at all... Atleast not the plate thing at his stomach. Maybe you could do like one part for the stomach and one for the chest?

Breast plates have no separate stomach and chest parts and this is what I was trying to make it look like :/

I really like the Diablo II attachments, I also thought about why nobody made Diablo II attachments. I'm happy that you do. Could you make the "light plate" after this one, if you have time?
