Why does object editor have 2 models for Blood Mage/Kael?

I know this question is kind of pointless, but why does the Object Editor have 2 different models for the Blood Mage/Kael (Bloodmage and Kael)

Most other units that share the same model are combined, unlike this one. Also, Murdadin/Mountain King seem to encounter this same exact thing.

It's not really a problem, I was just wondering why they bothered to set 2 different fields, or is there something different about the mdoels?

I'm not sure, but it may have something to do with sounds, model animations, or skins. Probably warcraft needed that for default campaigns.
