Looks like C can do lotta stuff
Regarding the '100% usage' thing in task manager, I am suspecting something else is wrong somewhere imho.
Maybe you will want to open a new thread in our 'Computer Tech' sub-forum?
Hey, can/will you check this please?
There's a weird trigger that doesn't let the map be loaded. I removed all triggers with Ladik's to make it accessible.
Maybe you can find a way for at least some triggers to remain.
Can you check this one?
There are some other things that might need converting.
It says there was an error reading this map in the game.
I see you have access to downgrading map versions. Would you mind if you could provide the tools or help me downgrade a specific map so it can be played in 1.29?
I posted about my tool here: https://www.hiveworkshop.com/threads/map-adapter.326456/
Currently hardcoded to target 1.31, but you can set it to 1.29 if you build it from source.
Thanks, will take a look later.
Hey, so would it be illegal to make a guide on how to do that stuff I wrote about you on that campaign thread :D?
I think my time would be better spent making my program more user-friendly than to make a guide for it.
Ah, oh, I didn't remember you made program for it.
Hello Drake, do you know a C# BLP parser?
I have one here: https://github.com/Drake53/War3Net/tree/master/src/War3Net.Drawing.Blp
It can't read the alpha channel if it uses jpg data though.
Cool, thank you!
Ah, phew. I got kind of worried there.
You live? Dude everyone misses you. Come play!
Could you potentially hack the doodad limit without it causing issues on compatibility on upcoming patches?
Can your prototype program work in reverse too, say instead of downgrade, sort of upgrade?
For instance, there are some campaigns here which don't work on newer patches, I mean some maps from them actually.
love your avatar. but you'll have to change it though to 0.5 by tomorrow :p
Its now 0.5 :D
♫ It's the final countdown!
Damn, you'll soon reach the traffic stop sign.
