Where can I download World Editor?

I've recently got a new Warcraft 3, but when I try opening World Editor, it keeps on saying that it has a problem and "Windows has to end this task".
Anyone know where I can download one?
Edit: All that I can get is the End Term Agreements then it says it stopped working.

It is bundled in Warcraft, so there is nothing to download to get a working system. Did you try opening Battle.net and update?

That usually happens if you have an older version of the game, you know before dropping the CD requirement idea. Make sure that your game is updated to the latest patch as Raelle said.
