Actually bought a CD with these guys when they were promoting their own CD on Karl Johan (main street in Oslo), less because of the music, more out of respect for actually promoting their CD by themselves.. and it was damn cheap too, so yeah. I still put it on sometimes, I mean, it's not bad, it's just not heavy metal.

You ever hear the demo version? It's interesting to see how the song's evolved from the original more then just mixing improvements (same bassline, different bassist with a different playing style - the original one seems to prefer a much more aggressive type sound - among other things).

That was actually new to me, thanks a bunch. Too bad the recording didn't correspond well with the quality of the song.
Well this song is what brought me back nontheless, after introducing it to Keiji in London.

Metallica - Orion

Metallica is most definitely the best when it comes to it's kind. I love all their songs, choosing one is hard, but if i really had to choose, it's Orion for the music. For the lyrics, Blackened. Blackened's lyrics reflect to our earth and how we treat it, that it will fade away if we don't better ourselves. Orion is instrumental so it doesn't have lyrical meaning (duh -.-) but it got it's name from the solo in the middle sounding all starry and spacey, hence the name "Orion" , the constellation. Enjoy
