What is the most efficient way to make stun effect for a spell?

What is the best or most efficient way to make a stun spell, which can stun a group of units? Thanks guys.

I guess a modified stormbolt would be okay to use, I've seen a lot of spells use that.

Do you mean to create multiple dummies to cast stormbolt on multiple targets?

There are different libraries for that:

But you can also just use a dummycaster and make it cast modified thunderbolts.
As you want it aoe you can also try swarm rockets (i think thats the english name, the Tinkers aoe spell). However i think it has some delay on the stun, but maybe you can get rid of that...
