So can you tell me, what is it?

I am not saying anything about intellect but i am telling you the truth. The campaign Chosen Ones has been played by much more people than just 4.

However, I think the system is bugged as an icon I submitted yesterday has only three downloads this month, while it altogether has 6.

Nope. The system was set up approx. a week ago, and an icon I sumitted 2-3 days ago has one download this month shown out of all the downloads.
