I guess there is a problem in the model. Sometimes models in Model Editor get a couple of problems. This is a question to ask within the Warcraft III Tools forum.

To fix it, I would remove all particle emitters and remake them in Magos.

Or you could post the model and let our modellers fix the particle emmiter
Saves some work.

this usually happens if you made some animation transfer. Have you done it?? :/
