Weaponized memes

An idea that's been running around in my head for a while: the Memewarrior. This guy uses various memes as his abilities, so how would you adapt a meme to become a spell?


With the power of teh Interwebz behind him, the Memewarrior crushes his foes under a bewildering array of spells and abilities. Spouting nonsensical and grammatically hideous phrases (Lolcat phrases appear above his head when given an order), he confuses and terrifies his enemies.



Leekspin: The Memewarrior spins his weapon (there's a spinning axe missile you can use...), dealing additional damage but draining mana until deactivated (while the Loituma song plays).

LEEROOOOOOYYYY...: The Memewarrior charges forwards without regard for his safety, sending a single foe backwards. Deals knockback and damage to an enemy unit but drastically lowers armor while doing so.

IMMA FIRIN MAH LAZOR: After a few seconds gathering power, the Memewarrior unleashes it as a devastating laser beam. (Channeling) Fires a giant laser beam that deals constant damage to units caught within it.

Fal-Cone PAWCH: After a few seconds of channeling, deals a massive punch that knocks the target back further the more damage it has taken. Should two of these collide, a massive explosion hurls every unit back a great distance.

Ultimate: Avatar of the Destroyer. Becoming the Internet's ultimate engine of destruction, the Memewarrior calls upon the spirit of Chuck Norris to aid him.
(Metamorphosis into a giant Chuck Norris, I'm sure I saw a skin for it somewhere.) While transformed, replaces the lolcat phrases with random Chuck Norris Facts.

 

[Druu]

Obvious, Troll is Obvious : Whenever a person talks, the troll says otherwise and
then spams a bunch of text for ennemies to see.

Don't feed the troll : Everytime he kills an enemy hero he spams more things. (That
one would be so strong.)

I kill two dwarves in the morning : Increases damage done [Almost insta-kill and
increases attack speed as well as movement speed.

I'm not troooolling : Spawns Boxxy the Queen of /b/ to harrass her opponents.

 

[Tleno]

Since as I understand people would be overkilling each other, it's best to make them kill as much of enemy NPCs in limited time/the first one who kills X enemies wins.

More abilities:
Zero Division: Wipes out everyone in a AoE range, including the hero.

Time Paradox!: Ranbdom effect. Completely random.

Vegie: Stares at target, turning him into vegie. You know that fan art luigi picture that stares at people? well it also turn them into Vegies too, ou can search "Know your meme" videos on youtube, those are great!

Mudkipz: summons mukipz.

 

[Just_Spectating]

Trolololo: Sings this song, luring all enemies near without hostility for a brief time

You're an Orange: annoys the crap out of an enemy until a giant knife comes and slices them up.

Boom HEADSHOTT: gives a chance to blow an enemies head off dealing massive, lethal damage

fsjal: freezes all enemy units into a fsjal position

 

[Druu]

Hero: the Pandaren

Chocolate Rain: If you can change the effect of the rain of fire or blizzard so
something more chocolaty

Zhe Goggles: must target something behind the hero. He then turns around, looks
at the target for 3 seconds then it explodes

*Sneezes*: a Deadly Breath of Cold

It's over 9000: Deals 9001 damage at target area with an earthquake effect.

 

[Tleno]

Fail: Damages target unit
Epic Fail: damages everyone in AoE
Win: Heal target unit
Epic Win: heal all units in AoE

Talking bout all of this, why we keep comming up with silly abilities and don't come up with anything else? Like gameplay.

If you can think of a way to change the gameplay, by all means, share away. Spells were the only application I could think of.

 

[Landmine]

Rick Roll (It had to be done): Stuns and poisons every units within a massive radius (stun lasts 3 seconds, poison lasts 15).

PedoCast: Summons Pedobear. Runs around (invulnerable) for 15 seconds, severely lowering the accuracy and defense of all nearby units. Cannot attack.

Its a Trap!: A cooler version of Entangling Roots.

Rick Roll: Heals a target unit for 200 HP over 5 seconds, then drains targets HP by 500 over 3 seconds. units that die from Rick Roll release a vibe which will rick roll any units in a 500 radius
