The Legends: The begining

Well its a campaine project i have recently started to working and it will show the begining of 3 upcoming heroes. How their destiny binds together, their journey in the lands of Chimenos. Their fights agaist evil.

There will be 4 Chapters The 1st chapter will have how the begun and will have 10 campaines total.

Ok here are the first two heroes of the campaign among the 3 and also i want to hear if the spells are possible to be done


Pallax The noble

Type:melee fighter

Weapon: a cool looking sword

Spell-abilities

Light of Hathor(Type:spell) He rise up his sword and fires a light beam that deals damage and blinds make him unable to hit successful the target for sometime, starts with ( 15% attack missed for melee type, 18% for range types ,17% for magic type)(costs 110mp)

1st level: 90 damage blind effect 15% for melee types,18% for range types and 17% for magic types

2nd level:115 damage blind effect 17% for melee types,20% for range types and 19% for magic types

3rd level: 150 damage blind effect 19% for melee types ,22% for range types and 21 for magic types

4th level: 210 damage blind effect 22% for melee types, 25% for range types and 23 for magic types(only in this lvl it can decrease the attack speed for all types of damage dealers by 4%)




Rampage(buff): He enter to a stage of rampage where his stats are raising but at the cost of losing life and mana as long as this buff is active(costs 50mp)


1st level: +2 to all stats but he losing 8 life and mana points each second this buff is active

2nd level: +3 to all stats but he losing 10 life and mana points each second this buff is active

3rd level: +4 to all stats but he losing 12 life and mana points each second this buff is active

4th Level: +6 to all stats but he losing 14 life and mana points each second this buff is active




Words of Honor(Type Aura): Pallax words can rise the moral of any broken soul and heart and so it provides with an aura that improves his attack damage while it add a chance to do splash damage during his attacks and also he reduces the armor of the nearby enemies

1st level: Gives 3% attack damage 15% chance splash damage during hits and armor reduction by -2

2nd level: Gives 5% attack damage 20% chance splash damage during hits and armor reduction by -3

3rd level: Gives 7% attack damage 25% chance splash damage during hits and armor reduction by -4

4th level: Gives 9% attack damage 30% chance splash damage during hits and armor reduction by -5




Sunlight(spell): by rising his sword up to the sky, pallax drows power from the mystical energies of the sun. A growing glow ball surround his body and when is goes to a certain size the ball brakes into multiple energy beams that deal damage to all nearby opponents (it starts with one charge of multiple beams and goes to more lines to later levels(costs 130mp)

1st level: small size of sun glow, one charge of multiple energy beams deals medium damage

2nd level: medium size of sun glow, two charges of multiple energy beams deals medium damage

3rd level: big size of sun glow, two charge of multiple energy beams deals high damage

4th level: Very big size of sun glow, three charges of multiple energy beams deals very high damage

Northos the omnipotent

Type: battle mage

Weapon: Not decided


Spell-abilities


Change of Tactics(changeable ability): Northos change the type of his attack and from caster he can go melee attack gaining more damage and more armor when you do that it also can go back from melee to caster(costs 30mp)

1st level: adds 8 damage and 1 armor when you change the type of attack from magic to melee

2nd level: adds 11 damage and 3 armor when you change the type of attack from magic to melee

3rd level: adds 14 damage and 4 armor when you change the type of attack from magic to melee

4th level: adds 18 damage and 5 armor when you change the type of attack from magic to melee it's also increase his attack speed by 3% (only in the last level)




Ram Dash(spell): Electricity surrounds his body and rush in front of his opponents with an extremely fierce power and outstanding speed knocking them all to sky for a while and coursing stun and some extra damage when they land(costs 90mp)


1st level: Deals 90 damage to his opponents and knocking to them to the sky for 2 sec +10 extra damage when they land and stun for 3 sec

2nd level: Deals 120 damage to his opponents and knocking to them to the sky for 2 sec +10 extra damage when they land and stun for 3 sec

3rd level: Deals 160 damage to his opponents and knocking to them to the sky for 2 sec +20 extra damage when they land and stun for 3 sec

4th level: Deals 210 damage to his opponents and knocking to them to the sky for 2 sec +20 extra damage when they land and stun for 3 sec




Fold into Aether(spell):He unleashes a mystical blue energy from his hands that deals damage to the enemy units in a small area and after it strikes a small vortex appears in the ground consuming their mana and adding it to the caster also immobilize and make them impossible to attack as long as this spell lasts (lasts 4 sec)(costs 90)

1st level: Deals 45 damage to all the enemy units in a target area and summons a small size vortex that consumes the 1/4 of the mana and add it to the caster it also it immobilizes the enemy units and make them impossible to attack as long as this spell lasts(lasts 4 sec)

2nd level: Deals 65 damage to all the enemy units in a target area and summons a small size vortex that consumes the 1/4 of the mana and add it to the caster it also it immobilizes the enemy units and make them impossible to attack as long as this spell lasts(lasts 4 sec)

3rd level: Deals 90 damage to all the enemy units in a target area and summons a normal size vortex that consumes the 2/4 of the mana and add it to the caster it also it immobilizes the enemy units and make them impossible to attack as long as this spell lasts(lasts 4 sec)

4th level: Deals 120 damage to all the enemy units in a target area and summons a normal size vortex that consumes the 2/4 of the mana and add it to the caster it also it immobilizes the enemy units and make them impossible to attack as long as this spell lasts(lasts 4 sec)



Shapeshift(transformation): Northos can change his form to variety of creatures like a an eagle, a battle wolf,a bear and a dragon(costs 160mp)

1st level: Transforms into an Eagle which adds him 300hp +8 damage also his attack speed increases by 3% and also the fatal blow buff which gives the eagle form to attack faster and increase his critical rate by6% (ram dash and mana vortex doesn't stuck with this form)

2nd level: Transforms into a Big battle wolf which add him 700 hp more + 16 damage, attack speed increases by 5% movement speed increases by 30% and he has the Battle claws spell which make battle wolf form to deal 280 damage and slow the target for 4 sec (Mana vortex and Dam dash stuck with this form)

3rd level: Transforms into a Big battle bear which add him 1100 hp more + 25 damage, attack speed decreases by 2% by 5% movement speed increases by 20% adds +4 armor a(mystical breath and ram dash stuck with this form)

4th level: Transforms into a land dragon which add him 2000 hp more + 35 damage, attack speed increases by 6% movement speed increases by 10% he has the Scale skin ability which make the dragon form to take 20% less damage from all the attacks and also he has the elemental canon spell which gives a 25% chance to cast electric, fire, wind and ice beam from his mouth that deals 300 damage and gives different kinds of effect according to the element( only ram dash stuck with this form)

The story sounds nice and kinda epic (4 campaigns )

A mage and a noble teaming up hmmmm sounds interesting

Well there are three heroes total but only the 2 are kind finished. iam just waiting for the models im thinking for other stuff for more enjoyable gameplay well . My goal is just the people that will play want lose their time. :D any help is welcome.

Also im trying to learn more about the terrain development so the maps will look unique and interesting.

because im facing internet connection problems im in a net cafe to do my job so i just dont have the time i want to post some stuff.

You could always ask someone to terrain for you if you want, and I know the feeling.
My internet connection is really bad :| And I need an internet cafe to upload maps and stuff


Lol the problem fixed yersterday so i guess im very lucky so back to work

A little tip on terraining, never ever use Lordearon summer terrains (cept winter which is infact good) unless your game is supposed to be all cartoony.
Use ashenvale instead and remove the vine/dirt-grass/darkgrass/leaves tiles and replace em with some village ones.

Also dont overuse shrubs in an area for grass it looks bad, you should import some grass doodads then (they usually dont take much filespace).
