[Altered Melee] Cool Warlock unit/hero ideas UNFINISHED

I don't plan on actually making this. Feel free to be inspired by my many, many (and sometimes unhinged) ideas.
Fit for Arena-type maps, Altered Melee, Campaign, ect.

Soulfire
Ignites the caster, dealing some AoE damage for a limited duration that deals friendly fire and also damages the caster. (Dummy unit that casts Immolation and gets deleted after a duration)

In a melee-balance setting 35 damage/sec for 5 sec in 280 AoE.

Fel Infusion
Causes the target unit to go into a wild, self-destructive frenzy. Greatly boosting DPS, but causing the unit to instantly die when the duration expires. The unit explodes upon death, without leaving a corpse.
Can be dispelled, saving the unit from certain death. Optionally, if you like balance the effect duration should have some kind of relation to the unit's food cost.
Would advise to make this non-castable on heroes, but do allow casting on enemies for potential offensive usage.
Special bonus effect suggestion: Refunds part of the abilities mana cost when cast on a summoned demon. Deals AoE damage when demon explodes.
Cosmetic suggestion: Turns any orc into fel orc for the duration.

In a melee-balance setting 75% attack speed bonus, 20% attack damage bonus, 25% move speed bonus, 10 sec base duration + 3.5 sec per food-cost of the unit.

Demonology
Opens a spell book containing a wide selection of demonic minions for summoning.

Contains Imp, Succubus, Voidwalker, Felhound and Felguard.

Imp - Light ranged unit who rapidly flings fireballs that deal spell damage. Has fast attack speed, low damage and can hit multiple targets in its range. Optionally give it a manually castable firebolt with low dmg and a short stun, just to make them more annoying.
In a melee-balance setting 235HP, 9-17 damage at 1.50 sec (2-4 targets), 550 range, no armor. 50 Damage firebolt with a 1 sec stun with like a 12 sec cooldown.

Succubus - Light demi-ranged unit who can seduce and silence targets. "Seduce" (Curse) causes target unit to miss a portion of their attacks (auto-cast). Silence prevents a target from casting spells for a short duration. Optionally, give Succubus a flavorful critical strike.
In a melee-balance setting 350HP, 16-18 damage (either pierce or chaos) at 1.35 sec, 1 heavy armor.
Curse/Seduce - 33% miss chance for 20 sec. Make it cost like 1/3rd of Succubus' mana pool.
Silence - 10 Sec duration (4 on hero). 15 sec CD. Make it cost like 40% of Succubus mana pool.
Critical Strike/Whip Lash - 20% chance per attack to inflict equal to 150% of the attacks damage as bleeding damage over 8 seconds.
(I recommend the Succubus models from the Reforged Beta, the Whip-wielding ones. "Demi-ranged" means like 150-200ish attack range.)

Voidwalker - Durable melee unit with HP-draining aura and Taunt. Has a fairly high healthpool but like Medium or Unarmored armor type. Actively drains a tiny amount of HP from enemies in a medium area around the Voidwalker and healing it equal to the damage dealt by the aura.
In a melee-balance setting 550HP, 11-14 normal damage (1.60 sec), 4 armor (medium or unarmored).
Draining aura - Deals 3 damage every 2 seconds to all enemies within 600 range of the Voidwalker, restoring HP equal to damage dealt.
Taunt - Taunts 6 enemies, forcing them to attack the Void Walker.

Felhound - Mobile light melee unit, specialized at destroying magic-users.
In a melee-balance setting 320 HP, 13-15 chaos damage, 1.35 sec, 0 armor (heavy)
Nullifying Hide - Reduces damage taken from Magic attacks and Spells by 65%. Also counts as having Resistant Skin and renders the Felhound immune to any kind of "versus summoned units" damaging dispel effects.
Devour Mana - Attacks from the Felhound drain 3-15 mana from the target per attack, restoring half as much HP to the Felhound. Attacks also have a 35% chance to destroy a positive buff from the target and deal 40 bonus damage versus summoned units. The Felhound restores 25 HP per devoured buff.

Felguard - Powerful demon who has to be disciplined before it obeys commands. Costs significantly more mana.
In a melee-balance setting 1200HP, 38-46 Chaos damage 1.60 sec, 3 Heavy armor.
WHO DARES? - When summoned, the Felguard is hostile to the summoning player and wont attack any other players/creeps. Only if the Felguard's HP is reduced to 50% will it obey the commands of the player (regardless if its healed afterwards). The Felguard's Howl of Terror is disabled while hostile, but it does use Cleave.
Cleave - Deals 25% of attack damage to adjacent units.
Howl of Terror - Reduces enemies' attack damage by 20% for 15 sec.

Can you give a fourth ability if this is to be an hero unit?
3 abilities is the norm for a regular unit, 4 for a hero.
If it is an unit, the very wide access to a whole lot of different effects(silence, curse, howl, mana burn, taunt, stun) might be a bit too strong.
