Instead of writing that you have experience with WC3 WE, you could say that you have a decent knowledge about map making (terraining/etc.) as you will still use that knowledge even somewhere else.
DSG wanted to say that now as he got his fully certified wc3 study graduation degree its obvious that he has experience.
e: on topic: It depends very much for what you are applying. Only put it in if it really has a connection to your future job. I mean, some of us have spent thousands of hours in WE, but still its verly likely to be awkward in the eyes of the interviewer.
