Waygate ability

Hi,

I need to know how to detect when a unit uses a waygate. I want to set the camera to the point where the unit is being transported.

Use the event:

Unit enters Region (The region where you set the Waygate Destination in World Editor) then trigger actions.

Yhea the only downside is that if the unit walks casual into that region, the camera will also be set to the unit. So its more a last resort because it looks funny sometimes. Anywayz thx for responding!

Not sure on how to make the camera move to the proper location though. Unless you it's set in stone and not randomized or something.

Definitely useful. I didn't know this can be done. Waygate ability is fixed so he won't have a problem anymore.

@ chaosy: I think its a passive ability because i cant seem to trigger it. I tried your suggestion but did not work.

There was a thread just a few days ago about this topic.. he said that it was working. He posted the trigger too.

Woopsie! Well then, that is really a problem. Okay, the only thing I can think of it to create another region, which is in the Waygate where the unit must enter to go to another place.
