Water level

Is it possible to change water level after beginning the map? i noticed that initial water level was none and I want it to be shallow.

when you create a map you can change it. Other than that I doubt you can change it.

It can be done outside of the World Editor but you need to change the water flag of every tile. If you upload your .w3e, I can try to do it with my little tool I have written before.

You can increment/decrement the cliff levels of the whole map with that but it does not set water.

Not globally. The editor just does not grant any function for that. Water can also be on different heights.
