Shallow water disappearing

Hello,

While I was mapping yesterday I did not encounter any issues but I do not seem to be able to modify the height without the editor "removing" the shallow water. I do not know how to explain but it basically resets the height. I attach images as example.

How can I fix this without having to reset the map ?

Initial Cliff Level was 2 and Initial Water Level was none.

Also when I apply cliff level 2 everywhere and try to set a size 8 shallow water, it makes it deep.

I'm not able to recreate this in a new map with the same preset.

Edit : I attached the map. shallow water and deep water works perfectly in top right but not bottom left when applying "apply height : raise".
Edit 2 : It was linked to the option in map propreties "Apply terrain limitation". It's now solved.
