[Solved] How to create shallow river without waves?

I'm trying to create shallow river without waves like in Orc's mission 5 in Reign of Chaos. In editor I see two methods to create water:

1. Draw shallow water using Shallow water brush. Draw ramp near the edge of shallow water using Ramp brush.
2. Draw shallow water using Shallow water brush. Increase height in shallow water using Height brush.

Water created by both methods has waves near the surface. How to create shallow river near the surface without waves?

Water in Orc's mission 5 in Reign of Chaos. Looks like silent shallow river without waves.

Water made in World Editor. Looks like noisy coastline near the ocean.

and if yuou want no waves only at particular regions you can create and use a 3d model of water
