Water Drain Effect Question

Ok, I remember in one of the campaigns there was a trigger blizzard did that drained water from an area so that you could continue on. I think it was a prison level or cave or something. I just was wondering if anyone knew how to do that.

i haven't played it but did u try just creating a doodad like a bridge.

they didn't drain water, they opened the watergates, to let water get in and destroy the defending towers... And I think that water is some kind of doodad with a death and a birth animation... Don't ask me what doodad, try to browse trough the doodad section (note, it'll probably be in a frozen throne only section...)

Yup its a doodad, just found it, its under Icecrown Glacier: Cinematic: Rising Water, and Rising Water Wide.
