Warcraft 3 Can't Test/Play?

Hey guys, I just "reinstalled" my system, and now i'm getting some strange errors when i try to test map or to play Wc3?

I don't know if this is the right place to post this?

Most commonly I/O device errors are caused by, either the device's driver is not enabled or it is out of date.

Try This:

1. Access "Control Panel" from the Start menu and then choose "Performance and Maintenance."

2. Click "System" and then go to the Hardware tab and click on "Device Manager."

3. Find the device that is registering an error by expanding the nodes of the appropriate category. If the device has a red "X" on the icon next to its description, the hardware is disabled; proceed to Step 4 to enable it. Otherwise, go to Step 5.

4. Go to the General tab and click "Enable Device" found under the Device Status section; then press "OK." (Note: You may have to follow prompts, as indicated through an enabling device wizard. If you do, continue to click "Next" and follow the prompts until the process has completed.) Test the hardware. If an error is shown, proceed to Step 5.

5. Go to the General tab and click "Troubleshoot" found under the Device Status section then press "OK." Follow the prompts to solve the issue. If an error is still shown, proceed to Step 6.

6. Go to the Driver tab and click "Update Driver." Follow the prompts until the process has completed and then test the hardware.

I tried that already but it won't help...
I also tried to open wc3 in -opengl mode....
Anyway i could play and test wc3 yesterday, but can't today don't know why???

My hard disk had 70% bad sector... so i will need to buy another one !
