And guess which major world power applied this law..
After WW1 and the effects of gas, it was pretty much agreed that the use of toxic gasses was inhuman and wasn't really war.
Although nobody said terrorists need to abid by these rules.
There should be a "No War" law...
One thing in this "law" is (and it's the only thing I know about it):
The usage of biohazard material, gases and such is
"illegal" to us in war, and thats'a a good thing...
But war is never good...
