Viewing Thread ...

I experience strange/wrong behaviour with the display of a user's current activity. I first thought I might be mistaken, but it's now for weeks already, and I''m now sure something is not correct for me.

For example, I see a noticeable amount of users with acitvity: "Viewing Thread The Fate of Ashenvale"
It goes away, and then shows correctly again, but it happened so often that I recognized and remembered it.

It happened some minutes ago to myself again, and I know for sure that I hadn't even opened this thread.

@deepstrasz noticed this behaviour on my profile too, on August 31, 2017. Also, he reported it to Ralle already on October 20 (and also on September 6).

For the record, there are three threads named that way afaik:
- The Fate of Ashenvale
- [Campaign] - The Fate of Ashenvale (the one being mentioned in OP)
- [Campaign] - The Fate of Ashenvale

Interesting. I wonder if you can put the link to a thread in an [img] tag or another tag and even if it doesn't load as an image, it still changes your status to viewing something that you didn't.

Hey @Ralle, could you temporarily get the linking thread out of the site to see what happens, what will be shown on profiles instead of it? Then, maybe put it back to the site on a different page/thread/whatever "address".

Apparently Svetli did just this. Every time you load a page where he posts, it would set your status...

@Ralle could you please change the "Error. This profile is unavailable." message to banned for those who are banned as to differentiate from those who just ignore/block the viewing of their profile?
