Uploading pictures

I got a little question about the picture which are attached.
Why is the view function so bad? I mean that it often takes more than 30 seconds until the picture is loaded.
Are there any other ways to open the pictures?

Uhh, I'm pretty sure it depends on your computer\internet connection. And of course, the image file-size. Besides... 30 seconds is nothing. What I usually do is open all the pictures in separate tabs and then view them one after one.
