You know, I like these boxes

    • Picture 1 Maybe add some birds or small fishes?
    • Picture 4 A small rabbit in the grass would be awesome.
    • Picture 6 I definitely need to check the tutorial for reflections.
    • Picture 7 How do you create these flying islands? Are they just scaled rocks in the air?
    • Picture 10 The hut is amazing, what model is used for this?

    PS
    Great work. :infl_thumbs_up:

Allright first of all thx for your reply! Adding birds and fishes on the first pic seem a good idea. On Pic 4 there are definetly critters missing (like rabbits).
Check fladdermaskens tutorial for reflections here.
In this tutorial you will also get to know how to flip doodads upside down, and that how you make the flying islands. That should also answer Immortals question.
Referring the tenth picture, the hut is, to be honest a bridge. I used the hidden bridge model (here you can find the path) and flipped it by -1.57 (Art - Maximum Pitch Angle - degrees).
Hope I could help you and I´ll keep you posted.

    Thank you for your answer.
So, the islands are upside down doodads in the air with other doodads on them?
And the hut: I know this hidden wisps, but never noticed there is a hidden bridge in the world editor. :psmile:

Thanks for your positive comments. Regarding your replies:
I am still working on them - terraining is hard work - even
when you think your finished you are not! Finetuning takes
much more time, than building the whole stuff.
Hopefully soon, there will be an update.

the one with the floating islands lack a bit of vegetation in the left part. otherwise, I love everything.
I don't like primal wood that much though...

What? I think they are very well done and the fact Solaris didn't use imports for them makes it even more badass.

6mysticwell is your best by far. Everything is pretty good about it, but the perspective is awesome. The angle on the trees really stands out, and makes this terrain in my opinion.

Thank you very much for your positive reply! I must say it is the one that took the most time, finding the correct angle, flipping doodads and put them in right postion and so on... and I am still not finished with it, thought of adding a moon.
Thanks at this point to Fladdermasken, i_brg_doom and M0rbid they helped a lot to improve this one.

One question about Pic 11. Is that a spider net at the left of sylvanas?
