[General] unit transmission without cinematic mode

I aim at when a unit enters the region all allies of player 1 receive transmission from player 1's unit for 5 secs, but cinematic mode does not appear. instead a message(the portrait of the paladin is the transmission) is displayed and the units are able to do what they do during the transmission.

If the Paladin is the one making the talk, then its simply "Cinematic - Transmission from unit" --- the text will appear in game chat, unit, which talks, will appear in UI's portrait part.

Subtitles have to be turned on I think, and I think there is a trigger which you have to activate before
